The Training and Cooperation Activity (TCA) The Power of Non Formal Education was organized by the Finnish National Agency for Education.

The objective of this training was to promote complementarity between actors in the formal and non-formal education sectors towards a more inclusive society, and to improve the impact of educational processes using non-formal education principles and approaches, as well as to create empowerment opportunities for people involved in adult education. 

About 28 people of 18 different nationalities working in the area gathered at Pikku-Syöte in Pudasjärvi between January 29 and February 3, 2023.
