Sport Psychology allows psychological monitoring with the purpose of understanding the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors of athletes and other agents involved in the practice of sport and physical activity, viewing sports performance, regardless of its objectives, as a means to promote health, well-being, and improved quality of personal and professional life.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In\u00eas Santos, with a degree from the ISPA Psychology College and already with experience in the sports world at clubs such as GD Estoril Praia, CF Os Belenenses, and Escola de Goalkeeper Jo\u00e3o Santos, will be the professional who will accompany the athletes in personalized sessions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This accompaniment is structured in individualized sessions, where we will try to learn about the challenges in the field and the best way to overcome them. There is also the possibility, under conditions to be agreed upon, to provide lectures or workshops for teams of any modality and level.<\/div>\n
